Mentorship that lasts
The same adults show up week after week. Cohorts stay small so every young person is known by name, not by number.
Youth & Community · Est. 2016
We build long-term programs where young people and their neighbors learn together, make together and lead together — in the gardens, studios and rooms of their own community.

How we work
01
The same adults show up week after week. Cohorts stay small so every young person is known by name, not by number.
02
Gardens, circuits, budgets, speeches. Participants finish something real and can explain how they made it work.
03
Programs belong to the place they happen in. Families, elders and local partners shape what we run and how we run it.
Programs
Ages 13–18
A small cohort of teens learns to facilitate, budget and pitch — then plans and launches a real project in their own neighborhood.
$150 · full program
All ages · families welcome
Neighbors of every age tend shared beds together, learn food growing from the soil up, and take home what the season gives.
$95 · full program
Ages 10–14
A build-first workshop where young people wire solar circuits, test ideas and present what they made — no prior experience needed.
$180 · full program
“My daughter came home with a plan for a neighborhood cleanup and the confidence to go ask the council for permission. She was twelve. That is what this program builds.”

Give
Every gift covers a specific cost of running a program — and every program seat can be fully or partly funded, so a family’s budget never decides who gets to join.
$100 funds one full scholarship session.
